If cables have quality issues, please provide details including quantity of defective cables, pictures, and labels. After confirmation, replacements will be shipped with your next order.
Can I order cable quantities lower than your MOQ?
We first check inventory availability. If in stock, lower quantities are acceptable. For out-of-stock items, quantities close to our MOQ are acceptable. Significantly lower quantities will be treated as sample orders with slightly higher pricing.
